I am honored and excited to announce my candidacy for Justice of Houston’s First Court of Appeals, Place 3. I am a Democrat and a board-certified trial lawyer. I have 27 years of legal experience, including 21 years of trial and appellate experience in Texas, and a substantial record of public service both within and beyond the legal community. I have handled a highly diverse range of cases in my legal practice, making me especially suited to deal with the myriad of cases from all areas of law that the Court of Appeals handles.
